We have been building new homes in the Southwest Michigan area since 1996. Owned by Tim Cassidy and Tim Cassidy Builders, LLC, Heritage Custom Builders is one of the few modular home builders actually owned by the contractor. We believe 'contractor owned' is a better way to build modular homes for our customers. It means we're involved with the building process from start to finish or, as Tim refers to it, 'from Dirt to Doorknobs.'

Tim started in the construction business over twenty five years ago. After building site constructed custom homes for many years, Tim began working with modular homes in the mid 1990's. He grew to appreciate the quality and efficiency that modular homes could offer his clients. After a great deal of research, Tim firmly believes there is no better value for his clients than a Ritz-craft modular home. A lifelong Allegan resident, Tim is proud of the business he's built with his family. He survived the tough economic environment we've recently gone through by sticking to the principles that helped him build the business from its beginning: Customer service, quality workmanship and value for your hard earned money.

In the office, you'll find Mike to help you with the design and selection of your new home. Originally from Hudsonville, Mike currently resides with his family in Marcellus. Mike has been in the construction business for over 16 years and has spent the last 14 working with modular homes in West and Southwest Michigan. Mike's technical knowledge of modular homes combined with his experience with the building process has earned him an excellent reputation in the modular building industry and with his customers.
