Our Michigan Lakefront Home was awarded the Home of Distinction in the Excellence in Home Design category for modular homes between 3,001 and 4,000 square feet at the Building Systems Council’s annual Fall Showcase, part of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Stone Lake Manor: MHBA Home of the Month

The Stone Lake Manor is a stunning example of a custom modular design, earning the title of Home of the Month by the Modular Home Builders Association (MHBA). This home was designed in collaboration with Chicago-based designer Marshal Erb and features:

  • 4,312 square feet of space across the main and upper levels

  • A 1,850 square foot finished walk-out lower level

  • 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms

  • Custom kitchen and generous living, family, and recreational areas
     

Set on a small lakefront lot, this project showcases the efficiency and precision of modular construction. With all seven sections delivered and set in a single day, the home was completed in just 19 weeks.
