Tim Cassidy started in the construction/excavation business over 30 years ago, constructing over 400 homes throughout Michigan. After building site constructed custom homes for many years, Tim began working with modular homes in the mid 1990’s. He grew to appreciate the quality and efficiency that modular homes could offer his clients. After a great deal of research, Tim survived the tough economic environment we have recently gone through by sticking to the principles that helped him build the business from its beginning: Customer service, quality workmanship and value for your hard earned money.
